What counts as a "license"?
One license = one named user with login access to the Eynis dashboard. Licenses can be shared across shifts but not simultaneously. Each license is tied to one active session at a time.
What does "unlimited connected systems" mean?
You can connect as many systems as you run (POS, ERP, sensors, messaging platforms, workforce tools) without paying per connector. All standard connectors are included in every license.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't do self-serve free trials. Instead, we offer a personalized demo environment with your industry's data, followed by a guided onboarding. Founding customers get the first three months free.
What does the setup fee cover?
Discovery session, integration configuration, custom taxonomy setup, role mapping, and team onboarding. We do the technical lifting so your team doesn't have to.
Can we host Eynis on our own infrastructure?
Yes. For regulated industries and security-sensitive environments, we offer hybrid and on-prem deployment. Contact us for enterprise pricing on self-hosted options.
